Users may submit links related to music, podcasts, videos, documentaries, product concepts, digital artwork, images, PDFs, resumes, portfolios, or other materials.

By submitting a link or content description, the user represents that they have the right to submit that material for review.

Submissions are reviewed before public use. Submission does not guarantee publication, approval, partnership, payment, listing, or use by The Hail Mary Network.

The Hail Mary Network may reject, hide, delete, or request clarification regarding submitted content.

5. Sensitive Information

Users should not submit private, medical, legal, counseling, financial, identity, or highly sensitive personal information through public-facing forms unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.

The app is not intended to collect emergency reports or urgent safety requests.

If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, they should contact local emergency services or appropriate crisis support resources.

6. Participant Privacy and Anonymized Updates

Sponsor updates, journey updates, media stories, or participant-related information should remain anonymized unless explicit written permission and proper safeguards are in place.

The app should not publicly display private, identifying, medical, legal, counseling, or sensitive participant information.

Sponsors do not receive direct access to participants through the app. Sponsorship does not allow sponsor control over any participant's journey.

7. AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Content

The app may allow users to submit links to AI-generated or AI-assisted music, writing, images, media, or creative content.

AI-assisted content must be reviewed for ownership, licensing, consent, privacy, and appropriateness before public use.

AI-generated content should not be used to misrepresent real people, exploit vulnerable individuals, or disclose private information.

Submission of AI-assisted content does not guarantee approval or publication.

8. Service and Applicant Submissions

The Services section may collect interest from applicants, providers, advisors, volunteers, contractors, or partner organizations.

Information submitted through the Services section may include qualifications, resume links, portfolio links, expected pay range, experience, certifications, or service category interest.

Submitting information does not guarantee employment, contract work, placement, acceptance, partnership, payment, or future contact.

Private applicant information should remain visible only to admin review and should not be displayed publicly.

9. Sponsor and Partnership Submissions

The Sponsor and Connect sections may collect sponsor interest, partner interest, organization details, preferred communication method, and message content.

Submitting a sponsor or partner interest form does not create a contract, formal sponsorship agreement, tax-deductibility guarantee, direct participant access, or guaranteed outcome.

All sponsorships, partnerships, and future agreements must be reviewed and confirmed through appropriate written processes.

10. How Information Is Shared

Information may be shared internally with authorized Hail Mary Network administrators or approved team members for review and response.

Information may also be processed through third-party service providers that support app hosting, database storage, email notification, analytics, security, or form handling.

We do not sell user personal information to advertisers.

We do not publicly share private submissions without review and approval.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, safety concerns, or to protect rights, security, or users.

Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information through general forms.

14. Children and Minors

The app may describe Academy tracks for youth or teen audiences, but users under 13 should not submit personal information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

For youth, teen, or minor-related interest forms, a parent, guardian, church leader, school representative, or responsible adult should submit information where appropriate.

The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
